Cloudberry noteres på Oslo Børs

Oslo – 22. juni 2021 – Euronext gratulerer Cloudberry Clean Energy med overføringen fra Euronext Growth til Børs i dag (ticker: CLOUD).

Cloudberry Clean Energy er et nordisk energiselskap som eier, utvikler og drifter vann- og vindkraftverk i Norge og Sverige.

I forkant av overføringen hentet Cloudberry 1,1 milliarder kroner gjennom utstedelse av nye aksjer. Emisjonskursen på 12,50 kroner legges også til grunn når selskapet nå gjennomfører et påfølgende tilbud til retailinvestorer og aksjonærer som ikke ble tildelt aksjer i den rettede emisjonen.
