Mintra debuterer på Børsen

Oslo, 5 Oktober 2020 – Programvareselskapet Mintra ble i dag til opp til handel på Merkur Market.  

Mintra fokuserer på digital læring og forvaltning av humankapital. Selskapet hentet nylig 500 millioner i en emisjon. Aksjeemisjonen ble mange ganger overtegnet og møtt med stor interesse både fra norske og utenlandske investorer, meldte selskapet.  

– Emisjonskronene vil bli brukt til å akselerere vår organiske vekst og til oppkjøp. Vi planlegger å investere ytterligere, utvide produkttilbudet vårt og tilby våre kunder et stadig bedre og større produktutvalg, som setter dem i stand til å effektivisere prosesser og videreutvikle ansatte, sier Scott Kerr, administrerende direktør i Mintra.
