Oslo, 5 October 2020 – The software company Mintra has today been admitted to trading on Merkur Market (ticker code: MNTR-ME).
Mintra is a digital learning and Human Capital Management software company headquartered in Norway. Recently, Mintra raised NOK 500 million through a private placement. The placement attracted strong interest from high-quality Norwegian, Nordic and international institutional investors and was multiple times oversubscribed, announced Mintra.
