Noteringsmaatregel InnoConcepts N.V.

Amsterdam, 28 October 2010 – NYSE Euronext hereby announces that as from 1 November 2010 the ordinary shares of InnoConcepts N.V. will be transferred to the special segment for securities subject to a listing measure, with reference to the press release InnoConcepts N.V. issued today (‘negative equity’). This measure is to comply with Euronext Amsterdam notice 2010-001.

The measure is imposed for a maximum period of one year. If the listing measure has not been lifted by the end of this period NYSE Euronext will delist the ordinary shares of InnoConcepts N.V.
