Unilever N.V. lists € 750 million Bond on Euronext Amsterdam

Amsterdam - 3 February 2015 – Euronext announces the successful corporate bond listing by Unilever N.V. on its Amsterdam market.

The Euro Medium Term Notes are named“UNILEVER0.5%FEB22”. The Fixed Rate Notes were admitted to listing on Euronext Amsterdam with a total issued amount of € 750,000,000 reaching maturity on 3 February 2022. The bonds have an issue price of 98,956% and the interest rate stands at 0.5% per annum. They are tradable as of EUR 100,000andin integral multiples of EUR 1,000 in excess thereof, up to and including EUR 199,000.
