We are looking for a skilled and motivated Debt Listing Advisor who is ready for new challenges. As a Debt Lising Advisor you will work closely with the business side internally, external partners and customers both domestically and internationally. We are looking for someone who has the ability and willingness to contribute to good solutions and who has an interest in the capital market.

Oslo Børs is a part of Euronext, the largest exchange group in Europe and the Debt Listing Advisor will have responsibility for both Oslo markets and Dublin markets:

Oslo

  • Review applications for bond listings on the Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM markets.
  • Liaise with Norwegian financial intermediaries submitting bond listing applications on behalf of issuers.
  • Verify and extract data from documents received for upload to local data management system.
  • Liaise with Market Administration and Market Data departments regarding the listing of bonds.
  • Publish listing documents on website of Oslo Børs.
  • Other administration work, as required.

Dublin

  • Categorising debt submissions and entering data into our database system for processing listing applications.
  • Allocating debt document submissions / listing applications to team members.
  • Reviewing and processing Final Terms relating to debt security listings.
  • Preparing admission to listing and trading notices for market publication.
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accounts for customers.
  • Dealing with/allocating queries from public and listing agents and other internal departments.
  • Preparing various reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitoring the timely delivery of various reports.
  • Liaising with the Central Bank of Ireland.
  • Other administration work, as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in Norwegian, Professional Proficiency in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong administrative, data entry, and general IT skills.
  • Proven query management, communication and business writing skills.

Amongst other projects, the Manager, Business Development & Sales - Netherlands be accountable for the below activities:

  • Strategic commercial development for Netherlands: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships to increase ELITE’s footprint and rollout of new services, in coordination with Product / Marketing teams

  • Revenue management: develop and maintain revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of product /service on Dutch scope

  • Relationship management: make tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels

  • Support to build the new Sales & Relationship Management approach in Europe to ensure and drive the execution of a structured Relationship Management model, in order to ensure continuous engagement with paying members (both companies and partners)

  • Product & market development: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products. Identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound)

  • Work closely with Product Teams (Membership and Capital Services) in order to coordinate product proposition and facilitate go-to market/distribution

  • Develop the strategic partnerships in Netherlands (including banks, corporates, Government, institutional bodies, opinion makers) to pave the way for ELITE to become one of the most relevant players in private companies support in Europe

  • Coordinate cross-selling activities and increase the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)

  • 5 to 8 years of experience with a track record in Sales and Business Development

Als stagiair Webcast Technician bij Company Webcast zorg je ervoor dat alle facetten op AV gebied voor diverse evenementen in technisch opzicht vlekkeloos verloopt.

Werkzaamheden

1. Opbouwen en testen

  • Het opbouwen van AV apparatuur op diverse locaties in heel Nederland en incidenteel in het buitenland zodat we van een evenement live beeld en audio kunnen opnemen en uitzenden.
  • De locatie testen om te zien of aanwezige apparatuur en technische infrastructuur (b.v. Internet) voldoen om een live uitzending te verzorgen.

2. Hardware installatie en onderhoud

  • Je helpt bij het opbouwen van ons webcast systeem bestaande uit verschillende onderdelen, b.v. fysieke encoders, audiovisuele randapparatuur, capture cards, etc.
  • Hardware configureren en aansluiten op lokale netwerk
  • Adequaat onderhouden van apparatuur van Company Webcast op locatie en tijdens transport.
  • Onderhoud van AV en ICT in onze eigen studio's in Rotterdam, Amsterdam en Brussel.

3. Software installatie en configuratie

  • Het lokaal installeren en configureren van Encoders, gebaseerd op Microsoft werkomgeving

4. Project Management

  • Je werkt samen met verschillende partijen, zowel collega's als met technici van externe partijen (b.v. audiovisuele partners, klanten)
  • Secuur werken volgens procedures en checklists om kwaliteit te waarborgen
  • Administratie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

5. Studio Uitzendingen

  • Als Webcast Technician optreden tijdens live events vanuit een van onze studio’s

Key Accountabilities

Na een gedegen inwerktraject ga je aan de slag voor onze klanten, deze bevinden zich met name binnen de gemeentelijke en overheidsmarkt. Tijdens de werkzaamheden ben je verantwoordelijk voor;

·         Een gedegen voorbereiding van de Webcast. Dit betekent controleren of de medewerkers van de klant de Webcast op de juiste manier hebben aangemaakt en of alle informatie beschikbaar is zodat jij zonder problemen je werkzaamheden kan verrichten. Daarnaast controleer je of er een internetverbinding actief is en of er beeld en geluid is. Mochten hier problemen aan het licht komen dan kan je terugvallen op onze support afdeling met technische experts;

·         Het bedienen van de Webcast. Hiermee bedoelen wij het starten, meeklikken van actieve agendapunten en sprekers, commentaar ingeven tijdens een schorsing en het stoppen van een Webcast/ Mochten er tijdens een live-uitzending problemen zijn dan stel je de medewerkers van de klant op hun gemak en neem je contact op met onze support afdeling om te zien of het probleem is op te lossen. Communiceer proactief met de medewerkers van de klant zodat zij weten wat de status is;

·         De sprekersindexatie. Deze dient binnen 48 uur opgeleverd te worden. Aan de hand van onze editor ben jij in staat om nauwkeurige sprekers-aanpassingen te doen in ons systeem zodat onze klanten tevreden zijn met het eindresultaat en probleemloos een vergadering kunnen terugkijken;
