Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a DORA Compliance Controller to join our Risk & Compliance team. This role will be based in Porto and will report to the Head of Internal Control.  

This is a fixed-term position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission.

About the Team:

You will be part of a highly skilled Risk & Compliance team consisting of over 40 professionals across multiple locations, specializing in Risk & Business Continuity Management (BCM), Internal Control, and Compliance. The team plays a crucial role in preserving Euronext’s value, assets, and reputation by identifying risks, implementing mitigation actions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your key responsibilities:

DORA Compliance and Internal Controls:

  • Supporting internal control enhancements related to DORA strategy, frameworks, and processes.
  • Assisting in the implementation of the digital resilience testing program.
  • Performing detailed evaluations of ICT controls and compliance reviews to assess adherence to DORA-related requirements.
  • Evaluating the design and effectiveness of resilience requirements across Euronext's legal entities.

Monitoring & Action Plans:

  • Proposing and following up on action plans with 1st Line of Defense Teams.
  • Liaising with Control Functions to ensure correct monitoring and tracking of key risk indicators and control failures.
  • Collecting control results and producing dedicated reports tailored to business and control function needs.

Awareness & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Raising awareness on DORA compliance with 1st Line of Defense Teams.
  • Supporting communication efforts to ensure understanding and alignment with DORA requirements across the organization.

Your profile:​

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, and Compliance.
  • Experience in control, risk management, or compliance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, IT operations, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
  • IT & Cybersecurity Certifications are a plus (CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer).

About the Position

We're looking for a talented and dedicated tax expert to join our group tax team, reporting to the Head of Group Tax. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing Euronext's tax affairs, including advising on cross-border transactions, providing practical advice to teams across the organization, and helping shape the implementation of tax strategies.

This is a hands-on position, offering you the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll develop new skills, drive efficiencies, and contribute to key decision-making processes, being supported by the rest of the tax team.

Key responsibilities

  • Support new business initiatives: Offer your expertise on new projects, drafting memos that outline risks and available options, while liaising with external advisors as needed.

Your profile

  • University degree in Tax Law, Economics, Accounting & Finance or in a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of working experience in an international tax or transfer pricing role.
  • Big 4 or MNC experience preferred.
  • TP experience is considered as a clear advantage.
  • Dynamic with an ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.
  • Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail to assess and curate large amount of data from multiple sources to reveal the bigger picture.
  • Team player with strong communication skills as you will be involved in cross border multidisciplinary projects and transactions.

Job summary

Ensure all EMS members get offered a fair and orderly market compliant with the existing regulations. Monitor and manage real-time trading on respective Euronext trading venues and escalate market events, making sure relevant regulation is applied. The Group Procurement Senior Manager is responsible for leading the transformation of the Procurement department to operate at best in class level, achieve cost efficiencies, enhance user experience, and align procurement strategies with Euronext’s overall goals. As a Group Procurement Senior Manager you will lead the Euronext Procurement team group wide and (i) define & deliver the Procurement vision & strategic planning for the next years, (ii) implement the related Procurement transformation projects and (iii) ensure that daily procurement operations are performed smoothly, in compliance with Procurement policies & processes.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Define & deliver Euronext Procurement vision & strategy:
    • Define Euronext’s Procurement vision & strategy for the 3 years to come, by identifying new trends, organizations, processes, solutions & technologies that could be implemented within Euronext;
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s new ESG goals and objectives;

  • Manage Euronext Procurement team to deliver operational excellence:
    • Lead the whole Procurement team in all Euronext locations (Paris, Milan, Porto, London, Copenhagen, Oslo) and organize the Procurement team in the most efficient structure to deliver projects and run the BAU with clear operational excellence KPIs;
    • Develop a high-performing team culture through coaching, goal-setting, and performance management;
    • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives;
    • Present regular updates to Senior Leadership at Euronext, providing insights and recommendations for procurement-related decisions;
    • Ensure full compliance with local and international procurement regulations, including sustainability and corporate governance requirements;

    • Bring high level of expertise on complex contract negotiations to the teams.

  • Other activities:
    • Provide local support to Category Managers to ensure opportunities to consolidate and find synergies are taken;

Your profile:

Technical skills:

  • Proficient in defining, planning, and implementing best-in-class Procurement organizations at Group Level with a clear vision & strategy;
  • Proven experience of managing medium-sized teams cross-border (circa 20 individuals across 5 countries);
  • Skills in core Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 (ERP System) would be beneficial but not essential;
  • Understanding of financial principles and processes;
  • Experience in consulting firm, IT, or Finance sector on Procurement transformation is a plus;
  • Led major complex negotiation projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Proven managerial capabilities, leadership skills, and experience in functioning in a high-demanding complex environment;

Company Webcast is al jaren marktleider in de Benelux en sinds februari 2017 maken we deel uit van de Euronext-groep en hebben we een sterke (internationale) groeiambitie. Company Webcast heeft de focus op top 500 bedrijven, staat bekend om de beste techniek in de markt en helpt klanten met alle facetten die komen kijken bij een succesvolle interactieve live uitzending, zodat de klant zich kan focussen op andere prioriteiten. De klant wordt op maat geholpen met bijvoorbeeld een video- of audiowebcast, conference call webcast, studio webinar dan wel een eigen “in-house” oplossing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles, ensuring iterative progress and flexibility.
• Monitor and report project progress, addressing any risks and issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes specific to the financial market.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules effectively.
• Continuously improve project processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory), with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of French (optional, but an asset).
• Proven experience in delivering projects within the financial sector (optional, but an asset - experience with clearing houses or similar institutions is a plus).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Sharepoint).
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with financial regulatory environments and compliance processes (optional, but an asset).
