Job Summary

The Euronext Index business line is growing and is seeking to hire two Index Sales professionals to cover various markets: the UK, DACH, and Italy. Depending on your experience and language skills, you will be able to cover multiple regions.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need a demonstrated track record of success in selling index based solutions (i.e. index licensing such as off-the-shelf & custom indices to Buy Side & Sell Side clients i.e. ETFs, Structured Products) and products such as Market Data. Your key responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing index sales opportunities with existing clients and prospects
  • Grow Euronext market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community
  • Cultivate relationships with Asset Managers, Banks, Asset Owners and Consultants
  • Continuously assess index based market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with Sales Management

Your profile

Primary Markets

The Primary Markets department covering Equity, Debt and Funds securities is notably in charge of the business relationship with listed companies and those considering an IPO on Euronext markets.   • Work closely together with our listing teams to ensure we provide all listed companies across our Euronext listing venues with excellent compliance products 
  • Enhancing current sales processes in collaboration with the team and our revenue operations manager 
  • Liaising closely with our marketing team on lead generation, brand presence and effective event strategies in your markets 
  • Liaising closely with our partnership team to expand and strengthen our partnership ecosystem


Your profile

  • Among your experience in sales, you have at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a sales team 
  • 4 - 6  years of experience in closing deals, part of which in the compliance, legal or financial regulations industry
  • Native Dutch language skills and French proficiency highly dis
  • A strong background in account-based marketing and outbound marketing, with demonstrable success in building a robust sales pipeline
  • A excellent understanding of the dynamics of capital markets 
  • An understanding of compliance service offerings and how this adds value to clients , alongside insight into the competitive market 
  • A multicultural work experience on deals and know how to adapt to various countries
