Are you ready to shape the future of financial markets? We are looking for a Digital Devops/Application support to join our team. This role will be based in Porto and will report to the Head of Digital Delivery. 

About the Team:

Our platforms are spread across different business and supports from the public website (Borsa Italiana , MTS) to client centric platform , supports both internal and external user allowing the execution of all the listing and post listing activities for ETF, Bonds and Securitized Derivatives financial instruments, with a central framework to be used across all our digital initiative.

Your key responsibilities:

We are looking for a permanent to act as DEVOPS and Application Support  ( at least 4-5  years of previous experience in the role) to join us in the challenge of support, evolve , grow up the digital services of Euronext.

As a Devops and support Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and develop new infra code or new procedure using Terraform or Cloudformation.

  • Maintain the current code and Infrastructure.

  • Deploy all the various application in the different environment (Dev/QA/Preprod/PROD) related to the services under the Digital umbrella.

  • Participate to the new project related to the Digital landscape.

  • Manage the Incident resolution in the preprod ans prod environment according with the defined escalation and procedure.

  • Improving the automation of the assigned services and activities.

  • Support all the services with a schedule oncall rotation based on 7x24 services.

Your profile:

  • AWS framework good knowledge and experience (ECS, EC2, Cloudfront/WAF, Glue/Athena…).

  • Cloudformation/terraform skills.

  • Experience with Jenkins pipelines / Git for repository.

  • Knowledge of Microservice architecture (containerized environment – ECS, Docker).

  • Linux/Unix knowledge and Networking concept and troubleshooting is required.

  • Good experience in monitoring tools usage and setting up is required (preferred Datadog, Coralogix).

  • Experience with ticket management tools (Jira preferred).

  • Knowledge of the application support concept and good experience managing it in very demanding environment and landscape.

  • Good experience in the analysis of web platforms issues (client session, APM monitoring, RUM monitoring...) in complex infrastructures/scenario.
