Key accountabilities
• Develop and implement IT audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risks and test objectives.
• Identify and assess IT-related risks and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.
• Document auditing work comprehensively in the audit tool in an accurate and timely manner and perform deep dive analysis, and assess the related risks and controls,
• Evaluate the systems established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, laws and regulations which could significantly impact the organization.
• Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the IT processes, circumstances, and risks
• Follow the implementation of published recommendation to make sure that adequate corrective actions are taken and that actions are effective in remediating the risk in a timely manner.
• Support in the performance of the annual Risk Assessment exercise and consequently in the development of a risk-based, current and relevant annual audit plan.

Your profile
• Experience in IT systems audit. Security, technology or data analysis experience highly desirable.
• Experience in evaluating controls related to COBIT, ITIL, ISO17799 and ISO 27001 & 27002 standards and referential.

About the Team:

Our platforms are spread across different business and supports from the public website (Borsa Italiana , MTS) to client centric platform , supports both internal and external user allowing the execution of all the listing and post listing activities for ETF, Bonds and Securitized Derivatives financial instruments, with a central framework to be used across all our digital initiative.

Your key responsibilities:

We are looking for a permanent to act as DEVOPS and Application Support  ( at least 4-5  years of previous experience in the role) to join us in the challenge of support, evolve , grow up the digital services of Euronext.

As a Devops and support Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and develop new infra code or new procedure using Terraform or Cloudformation.

  • Maintain the current code and Infrastructure.

  • Deploy all the various application in the different environment (Dev/QA/Preprod/PROD) related to the services under the Digital umbrella.

  • Participate to the new project related to the Digital landscape.

Your profile:

Your key responsibilities:

Application Support & Incident Management

  • Provide technical support for vendor platform applications (e.g., Megara Corporate Actions Platform for Euronext CSDs).

ESG Team

Within Euronext, the ESG Department is in charge of promoting ESG financial products (indices, bonds, derivatives, equities etc.), developing thought leadership on sustainable finance as well as supporting Euronext clients in their ESG journey, improving Euronext’s own ESG ratings, co-implementing the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), delivering Euronext’s SBTI 1.5 degree roadmap, and training employees on ESG/Sustainable Finance topics. The mission

Within the ESG team, the apprentice will have an important role in :

  • Supporting the ESG team in promoting and coordinating ESG topics both internally and externally
  • Providing qualified updates on evolving ESG regulations

Role profile

Within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of more than 40 talented professionals in Risk, Business Continuity Management, Internal Control and Compliance, spread across our various geographies, is ensuring to preserve the value assets and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.

In this department, Operational Risk & Business Continuity Management (BCM) team is covering the second line of defense function on Risk for IT, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Procurement and other transversal departments, as well as maintaining the appropriate ICT Risk Management and digital Operational Resilience maturity in the group. The stakeholders are located in all Euronext entities (Paris, Porto, Milan, Oslo, New York, Dublin, Copenhagen…).

Working as IT & Cyber Risk officer, the successful candidate will be engaged in all areas of the business part of Euronext group and will mainly focus in IT and Cybersecurity resilience across the Group.

He/She will support the Risk team in the monitoring and deployment of the ICT Risk Management Framework as well as the Digital Operational Resilience Strategy (DORS - in line with DORA regulation). The candidate  will work closely with Euronext Risk Management community, and IT and Cybersecurity teams to insure good level of ICT risk management toward the organisation and its entities.

Key Accountabilities

ICT Risk Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and monitor ICT risks, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001).
  • Assist in conducting ICT asset risk assessments, including the evaluation of criticality, exposure, and dependency risks.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of ICT risk registers and dashboards, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of ICT risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Participate in change management and project management Risk oversight
  • Participate to LOD2 review on Third Party Risk assessment
  • Participate to development of Operational Risk Indicators

IT and Cybersecurity monitoring support

  • Assist in reviewing IT and cybersecurity measures to safeguard ICT assets and operations.
  • Contribute to the development of ICT Risk awareness programs and training initiatives.

Reporting

  • Act as a junior PMO for ICT risk and resilience initiatives, ensuring tasks are well-coordinated and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare summaries and presentations for ICT risk management activities to share with senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to periodic reporting on ICT risk posture, incidents, and key metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

Education and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of higher education in IT, cybersecurity, or risk management, or equivalent experience.
  • Entry-level knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity concepts, and risk management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with standards and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS
  • Understanding of financial regulation (e.g., MIFID, DORA, NIS 2) is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent in English (daily use); French is a nice-to-have.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to summarize complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
