The Primary Markets and Corporate Services department (“PMCS”) covering Equity, Debt and Funds securities is notably in charge of the business relationship with listed companies and those considering an IPO on Euronext markets.

Within the PMCS department, the mission of the Equity admission team (located in Oslo, Amsterdam, Dublin and Paris) is to handle admission processes (IPOs, Direct listings, Private placements, etc.) in all Euronext markets (in collaboration with the rest of the team). This role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, adept at managing complex priorities and engaging with diverse, global teams. This role is based in Milan and is also responsible for Internal Communications for Italy.

You will primarily be responsible for:

Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with the Head of Internal Communications and Internal Communications team to define communication priorities, supporting the organisations, strategic initiatives and cultural engagement. 
  • Support the delivery of the global internal communications strategy working as part of the internal communications team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance on internal messaging and communication approaches. 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy addressing the needs of the Italy businesses.   

Content Creation & Delivery

  • Oversee global campaigns while tailoring content for regional and local audiences to ensure relevance and impact. 
  • Leverage multiple channels to maximise reach and employee engagement, including digital platforms, live events, and video content. 
  • Craft compelling and clear communications for the Group and Italy, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content, ensuring messaging is consistent and engaging.

Employee Engagement and internal events

  • Drive initiatives to strengthen employee connection to the organisation’s strategy and purpose.
  • Design and execute engagement activities and events such as town halls, ESG & D&I activities, leadership events for the Group and for Italy.
  • Measure and analyse employee feedback and engagement metrics to inform and improve communication efforts. 

Your profile:

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian with a strong understanding of storytelling and tone of voice. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. 
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities. 
  • Experience with internal communication tools, platforms, and metrics analysis. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on global and multi-regional communication strategies. 
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale communication campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organisation is desirable.

Operational Client Support Italy - Internship    

Department description: Client Services & Membership (CSM) provides a range of customer and operational services across Euronext Group.  The core services provided by the department are: Technical Account Management, Technical onboarding, Software Certification and Client Support.

Team description: The Client Support (OCS team)  is responsible for managing technical incidents and requests across a range of Markets and Services, spanning multiple venues across the Group and its partners.

The team provides support for Trading, Market data and Post trade services across Equities, Derivatives and Fixed Income Markets. The team works on a shift basis. The Team participates actively to projects and it is involved in clients readiness.

Key responsibilities

This role covers the following responsibilities:

• To manage  Technical Incidents and Requests for external and internal customers in Test Environment, including application and network troubleshooting managing events through to conclusion maintaining customer communication.

• Use correct processes/procedures, tools, RACIs, SLAs and escalation model, perform proactive customer alert management, where possible, and event logging in ITSM tool to help ensure appropriate levels of service quality are consistently and predictably delivered.

• Work to priorities set by Manager and Team Leaders.

• Achieve KPIs to help deliver Service Targets.

• Help customers with Instrument related requests.

• Understand and achieve proficiency in the core competencies of the role across all products/services supported.

• Help Customers in test environment: operating on behalf of the customer,  or matching their test orders  on the platform, inserting liquidity in the test market in order to help the customer for creating the required test scenario.
