Regolamento e Normativa

Le attività di Euronext Clearing sono sottoposte alla supervisione di Banca d'Italia e dalla Consob.

Le modifiche regolamentari, sono sottoposte alle associazioni di categoria per la consultazione, al parere del Comitato Rischi Esterno di cui all’articolo 28 del Regolamento EMIR nei casi ivi previsti, al Consiglio di Amministrazione ai fini dell'approvazione e, a Banca d'Italia e Consob per una loro valutazione.
