Management of automatic and semi-automatic procedures to support Monitoring, Post-trading and Membership activities including:

• Monitoring of Market Making activities with the updating of lists of Stocks and Market Operators necessary for the timely calculation of their own performances;
• Write technical documentation;
• Maintenance of the WEB front-end pages of the Clients and of the internal Management for the consultation and printing of performance indicators both in terms of volume and price;
• Analysis of market data and generation of reports distributed periodically to Management, Sales and Customers.
• Setup and Maintenance of Provider's Market Control and Market Abuse software. Installation in production, test and maintenance environments;
• Setup and management of network devices such as PCs and WIFI accessing with Laptop / Tablet and Smartphone;
• Definition, control and updating of the lists of reference Securities (Benchmarks) used for the construction of market indicators shared with the various Markets and Management;
• Periodic control of the Lists of Market Participants against the Lists of Individuals or Companies suspected of Terrorism in the world (Legislative Decree 109/2007);
• Work with development teams and product managers to implement software solutions;

Key Accountabilities

Na een gedegen inwerktraject ga je aan de slag voor onze klanten, deze bevinden zich met name binnen de gemeentelijke en overheidsmarkt. Tijdens de werkzaamheden ben je verantwoordelijk voor;

·         Een gedegen voorbereiding van de Webcast. Dit betekent controleren of de medewerkers van de klant de Webcast op de juiste manier hebben aangemaakt en of alle informatie beschikbaar is zodat jij zonder problemen je werkzaamheden kan verrichten. Daarnaast controleer je of er een internetverbinding actief is en of er beeld en geluid is. Mochten hier problemen aan het licht komen dan kan je terugvallen op onze support afdeling met technische experts;

·         Het bedienen van de Webcast. Hiermee bedoelen wij het starten, meeklikken van actieve agendapunten en sprekers, commentaar ingeven tijdens een schorsing en het stoppen van een Webcast/ Mochten er tijdens een live-uitzending problemen zijn dan stel je de medewerkers van de klant op hun gemak en neem je contact op met onze support afdeling om te zien of het probleem is op te lossen. Communiceer proactief met de medewerkers van de klant zodat zij weten wat de status is;

·         De sprekersindexatie. Deze dient binnen 48 uur opgeleverd te worden. Aan de hand van onze editor ben jij in staat om nauwkeurige sprekers-aanpassingen te doen in ons systeem zodat onze klanten tevreden zijn met het eindresultaat en probleemloos een vergadering kunnen terugkijken;

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Euronext Clearing is a multi-asset clearing house that currently provides proven risk management capabilities on several markets, across a range of trading venues including Euronext Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal, MTS, BrokerTec and Vorvel.

Asset classes cleared include equities, EFTs, closed-end funds, financial and commodity derivatives, bonds and repos.

In its role, Euronext Clearing assures the implementation of a robust risk management framework, a set of rules and procedures to ensure full compliance with the applicable regulatory environment, and an STP Clearing System providing safe and efficient clearing processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Point of reference for local client support for the introduction of the new operating model on Euronext Equity and Derivatives markets, in close cooperation with internal product, operations and risk teams and other key stakeholders.
• Development of business proposals in respect of potential customers, in particular on Italian market

Required Skills

• Established background in Information Security Risks processes and in IT/Information Security Audit;
• Strong background and knowledge of working with and implementing international security standards and frameworks, such as; ISO27001, ISO27002, ISO27005, NIST, Cobit 5, etc.;
• Ability to deliver security education and awareness training sessions and material;
• Excellent written/verbal communications skills and organisationalskills;
• Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritise workload appropriately and work well alone or as part of a team;
