Milano – 13 maggio 2021 – Borsa Italiana, parte del Gruppo Euronext, dà oggi il benvenuto ad Acquazzurra S.p.A. sul segmento professionale di AIM Italia di Borsa Italiana.

Acquazzurra S.p.A. è una PMI di bartering pubblicitario che, operando come un’agenzia di vendita di spazi pubblicitari sui media, riceve in pagamento i beni e/o i servizi proposti dall’azienda cliente.

Acquazzurra S.p.A. rappresenta l’ottava ammissione da inizio anno sul mercato di Borsa Italiana dedicato alle piccole e medie imprese e porta a 143 il numero delle società attualmente quotate su AIM Italia.

In fase di collocamento Acquazzurra S.p.A. ha raccolto €2 milioni. Il flottante al momento dell’ammissione è del 22.59% e la capitalizzazione è pari a €9 milioni.
