We hereby inform that, on 21th July, 2022, 19.500.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company MOTA-ENGIL - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 12M DEC 2022 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1BJM (ISIN PTME1BJM0067). These commercial paper is fungible with 5.600.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 25.100.000,00 EUR).
