We hereby inform that, on 9^th September, 2022, the corporate name of "TRANSGÁS Armazenagem - Sociedade Portuguesa de Armazenagem de Gás Natural, S.A." was changed to "GDP - GÁS DE PORTUGAL, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code TGZ AM (ISIN PTTGZ0AM0009).
