We hereby inform that, on 16th September, 2022, 780.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1.65 - 16 JUL 2032", under the code OTEYOE (ISIN PTOTEYOE0031). These bonds are fungible with 3.000.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 3.780.000.000,00 EUR).
