The HR team within Euronext is composed by almost 40 talented HR professionals. We are looking for a VIE HR Project Officer to join the HR team in Amsterdam and supports the Euronext Corporate Services Business Unit.

The Human Resources team offers a complete range of people services including recruitment, induction, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, leadership, performance and talent management.

Key responsibilities

Reporting into the HR Business Partner for Euronext Corporate Services, the VIE HR Project Officer will support the expansion phase of Euronext Corporate Services.

You will evolve within a dynamic environment, in an international matrix organization. The VIE will be based in Amsterdam office with the HR Director Netherlands and HRBP Netherlands and will work with teams located in several locations across Europe.

You will work in close collaboration with managers around Europe as well as local HRBPs, supervising Corporate Services function.

Overall, the VIE HR Project Officer will be a critical component of the HR team on the following aspects: 1) Active contribution of the recruitment plan expansion, 2) Follow-up on HR reporting, 3) Onboarding processes implementation with Managers, 4) Support on build/structure ECS training plan, 5) Participate in transversal HR projects at Country and Corporate level.

In details, key responsibilities will include:

  • Active contribution to the Recruitment plan project in partnership with the HR Business Partner Function, Hiring managers, External Recruitment agencies, as well as local HRBPs. It may include CV screening, interviews, support and coordination with candidate to provide the best-in-class candidate and manager experience.

  • Deliver regular HR reporting about the Recruitment process to the local HR Business Partner and to the Business teams.

  • Ensure a follow up on onboarding process & update the HR system: offer, background check, contract, up to full Euronext onboarding program implementation (training, buddy program …).

  • Provide support to prepare and structure ECS training plan, in coordination with managers.

  • Provide advices on all global HR processes in their local implementation.

  • Participate in transversal HR projects at Country and Corporate level depending on the Euronext People strategy execution.

Role Summary

The Director of Partnership will develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand market presence across all markets, focusing on our Governance, Compliance, and Investor Relations & Communication business lines. He or she will define and execute on the partnership framework; determining the right partnership type and identify the ideal partnership profile for each business.  Furthermore maintain relationships with key partners, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with company goals. The director will stay informed about industry trends, conduct market research, and lead a team of partnership managers.

Role and Key Accountabilities

  • Partnership Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive growth and expand our market presence across Europe.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners that align with our business goals and values.
    • Focus on expanding partnerships across three key business lines: Governance, Compliance, and Investor Relations & Communication.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, including technology providers, resellers, and strategic alliances.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
    • Identify, grow, and oversee key partnerships throughout the region
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Set and track performance metrics for partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Analyze partnership performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaboration and Integration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions and maximize value.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align partnership initiatives with company strategies and goals.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to understand partner ecosystems and customer needs.
  • Team Building and Leadership:
    • Build and lead a new team of 3-6 partnership managers.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team achieves its objectives.

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role in the SaaS industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel as needed across Europe.
    • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
