The Euronext Listing Execution team will support you throughout your listing process. 

The team assesses your listing application through:

• Appreciation of listing rationale
• Compliance checks (e.g. regulatory, KYC, etc.)
• Review of the admission documents
• Company analysis (e.g. business model, management, main shareholders)
• Financial analysis
• Review of the risks related to the company and to the operation

Listing Execution also ensures the admission’s smooth execution (for example, coordination with internal and external stakeholders including local regulators, communication with the market by way of publishing market notices etc.).

The Listing Execution team is your partner during the listing admission process and does its utmost to guide you towards the first trading day.
