Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists focused on optimizing the performance of our FX-ECN platform, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence in research initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with developers, liquidity managers, product managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement quantitative models and algorithms to analyze market data, optimize liquidity management and identify opportunities for new ECN features.
- Conduct research on market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, and other factors influencing order flow and execution quality in electronic markets, leveraging both historical data and real-time market information.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in electronic trading and quantitative research, and incorporate relevant insights into our research processes.

Experience

Position Overview:
The Data Intelligence Officer will be part of the CRM and Data intelligence team. This team is responsible for overseeing the CRM activities and its administration as well as the data strategy and operations for Euronext Corporate Services.

The Listing Sales department
The Listing Sales department maintains relationships with all firms listed on Borsa Italiana and those contemplating an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Our direct mission is to promote the utilization of financial markets through initiatives such as pre-IPO education workshops, post listing seminars for currently listed companies and selected events with the Italian ECM ecosystem to enhance the environment for capital market access.
