Key accountabilities

• Design, develop, and run automated tests as a Senior Test Engineer with test automation expertise, to guarantee the best quality in Euronext Clearing software products, which include Clearing, Settlement, Risk Management and other business processes.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, business analyst and other QA engineers, to identify test requirements and implement automated testing solutions. 

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Node.js and JavaScript. 

• Utilize Microsoft Playwright for browser/API automation.

As Group Compensation and Benefits Specialist your key accountabilities will be:

Compensation

• Support the delivery of the annual compensation review, including developing proposals and monitoring implementation of recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to ensure all reward elements are being applied consistently and appropriately.
• Participate to new compensation guidance for internal management and external reporting.
• Ensure fair transparency in all compensation and benefits related matters, and contribute in the design and implementation of the requirement of pay transparency EU directive.

The Head of Digital Products is responsible for:

• Managing a team of Proxy Product Owners (PPOs): each PPO is responsible for the functional maintenance and evolution of one or more digital applications
• Define the Digital Framework vision to meet the client needs, both in terms of evolution of the current portal and the extension to new client base.
• Create a strong collaboration with the Digital Department Change Team to guarantee:
  • the best in class User Experience
  • a client support service throughout the production rollout lifecycle.

Join our vibrant Communications & IR team

The Brand & Content team is part of the wider Communications & IR team, which provides support to all of Euronext’s businesses including Trading, Listings, Information Services, Post Trade (clearing and settlement) and Corporate Services. The Brand & Content team looks after Euronext’s brand and reputation. The team creates content that supports the Group’s strategy and coordinates different types of communications content across the company.

Key Accountabilities for this role

•    Editorial review

•  Work with the editorial & content manager to review texts in English written by both native and non-native speakers to ensure they are in keeping with Euronext house style and messaging, and have the highest quality of English – including a rigorous proofread to avoid errors, bad grammar, but also to improve understanding and ensure texts are easy to read and concise. 

• Help with training the marketing teams to respect the Euronext style guidelines and ensure the consistency of the Euronext tone of voice and persona with our customers

•    Digital content creation

• Create online articles, working with the relevant business areas and specialists, with some writing as necessary, as well as sourcing related images

• Work with the web & digital team to create product articles for the product areas of the website, working with the relevant product and marketing managers, with some writing as necessary, as well as sourcing related images

• Help to optimise web content and apply the Euronext Writing for the Web and SEO guidelines to any content destined for the website, ensuring key messages reach their desired audience    

•    Creating content to increase Euronext’s brand recognition and reputation

• Support the Brand & Content team with the development and launch of content campaigns (print and digital): developing editorial content for different channels (videos, infographics, brochures, etc.) and liaising with our design agency 

• Manage the content roadmap for the News & Insights section of the euronext.com website, liaising with the business to research ideas, suggesting potential articles, managing the pre-approval and approval processes

• 3+ years as a Communications/Marketing specialist with experience in written content creation across multiple channels (website, social, media) and in various formats

The Commodities Expansion Manager will lead the expansion of the product range of the commodities franchise, from inception to product launch.
Euronext is entering a new strategic cycle with high ambitions for its commodities franchise, which has been historically focused on agricultural products. Euronext plans to leverage the strength of its integrated clearing house, Euronext Clearing. The Commodities Expansion Manager will seize on this enhanced value proposition to develop new products [for the existing franchise, as well as] and enter into new commodity markets. Identifying the most relevant opportunities, creating a compelling value proposition, defining the best go-to-market and aligning all stakeholders to deliver these opportunities will be the at the core of the new joiner’s responsibilities.

The Commodities Expansion Manager manager will have the following accountabilities:

• Generate new business opportunities based on new commodity products, be they soft or hard commodities, through systematic market analyses, stakeholder engagement and customer feedback.

• Take accountability for their delivery, actively engaging with market participants, regulatory authorities and/or third party service providers, from the beginning of the project till go live.

• Lead coordination of development and launch efforts through close collaboration with IT, Legal & Market Regulation, Sales, Operations, Post-Trade, Corporate Communication, and Marketing.

• Design and implement a framework for regular, iterative business expansion, from idea generation to execution, go-to-market, education and ad-hoc support until the new products reach sufficient liquidity.

• Maintain viability of existing products by evaluating the impact of market trends, engaging with clients to gain insight and feedbacks. Identify and design viable product extensions and modifications when required.

• Develop close relationships with IT, post-trade and market operations teams to develop an intimate knowledge of the functioning of Euronext markets, and share insights within the commodities teams and to interested market participants.

• Maintain up to date industry and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

• Leverage his/her network to solicit feedback from industry participants through trade calls, surveys, industry events, trade shows and conferences. Report back intelligence to relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years working in the capital markets or commodity trading industry, or in the trading/brokerage department of an industrial player.
• Broad knowledge of financial markets, and robust knowledge of the European listed commodity markets and platforms. Robust knowledge and awareness of some underlying commodity markets (e.g., agriculture, metals, mining, oil & gas, carbon).

Job Description

We're hiring for End User Services – On Site Support trainee to implement, monitor, and operate digital workplace technologies (hardware, software, services, SaaS tools). Plan and test patching and upgrades. Provide end-user support for issues, requests escalated from level 1 to level 2.

You will work closely with team leaders and team members required to carry out daily user support activities.

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers and other user devices. Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
