Paris, 9 June 2010 – NYSE Euronext today announces the listing on NYSE Euronext Paris of BENI STABILI, an Italian company specialized in real-estate management and investment.
Already listed on the main market of the Milan stock exchange, BENI STABILI (mnemo: BNS) was admitted to NYSE Euronext Paris by direct listing of its share capital represented by 1,915,744,011 shares. The company’s capitalization on the day of admission amounted to €1.1 billion.
