NN Group N.V. lists € 600 million senior unsecured bond on Euronext Amsterdam

Amsterdam – 18 March 2015 – Euronext announces the corporate bond listing by NN Group N.V. on its Amsterdam market.

The senior unsecured bond is named “NNGROUP1%18MAR22”. The Fixed Rate senior bond is admitted to listing on Euronext Amsterdam with a total issued amount of € 600,000,000 reaching maturity on 18 March 2022. The bonds have an issue price of 98.758% and the interest rate stands at 1% per annum. The bond is tradable for a minimum denomination of EUR 100,000andintegral multiples of EUR 1,000 in excess thereof, up to and including EUR 199,000.
