NYSE Euronext today announced the admission of GAUSSIN MANUGISTIQUE to NYSE Alternext.
GAUSSIN MANUGISTIQUE designs, assembles and markets vehicles to position and handle bulky and fragile loads. GAUSSIN MANUGISTIQUE (ticker symbol: MLGAU) was admitted through the transfer of the 2,723,884 existing shares making up its capital from the Free Market to NYSE Alternext. Market capitalization of GAUSSIN MANUGISTIQUE on the date of admission amounted to €20 million.
