NYSE Euronext accueille STENTYS sur son marché européen

Paris, 25 October 2010 – STENTYS, a medical-technology company pioneering the development of innovative stents, today celebrated its listing on NYSE Euronext Paris under the ticker symbol 'STNT'.

STENTYS was listed through the admission to trading on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris of the 5,353,793 existing shares making up its capital and 1,893,939 new shares as part of a Global Offering, before exercise of the over-allotment option. The company raised a total of €22.7 million. On the basis of the admission price of €12 per share, its market capitalization stands at €87 million.
