Paris, 17 September 2010 – NYSE Euronext today announced the transfer of ProwebCE from the Free Market to NYSE Alternext.
ProwebCE (ticker symbol: ALPRW) was admitted to NYSE Alternext with the direct listing of the 1,956,572 shares making up the company’s capital. Market capitalization on the date of admission amounted to €24.8 million.
