Equipped with a patented thermal compressor, the new generation Boostheat boilers have an efficiency of up to 200% and divide the energy bill by up to two times. More ecological and economical, they allow everyone to immediately and significantly reduce their impact on the environment. Boostheat has set up its head office and industrial site in Vénissieux, in the Lyon region (a historic basin of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry).

    VERALLIA lists on Euronext PARIS

    Michel GIANNUZZI, Chief Executive Officer of VERALLIA opens the trading day in Paris.

    Verallia is the world's third largest producer and the leading European producer of glass packaging for beverages and food products. In 2018, the group produced 16 billion glass bottles and jars. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Southern and Western Europe (68%), Northern and Eastern Europe (22%) and Latin America (10%).

Created in 1997 by the Paris Stock Exchange, the Ecole de la Bourse is the leader in consumer stock market training in France. Its high quality of training has made the school a key venue for financial education.

The PEA-PME is a financial framework that helps diversify sources of funding, specifically for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs). It allows French retail investors to acquire a portfolio of European PEA/PME eligible securities while benefitting from preferential tax conditions.

Companies that are eligible for the PEA-PME scheme benefit from:

  • Increased visibility
  • Access to a wider range of investors 
  • Greater liquidity of their stock

Deferred Settlement Service (SRD)

Investors who want to defer payment or delivery of their transaction to the end of the month can benefit from the Deferred Settlement Service (Service de Règlement Différé or SRD).

Regulatory Bodies

The French Prudential Supervisory Authority (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel – ACP) is an independent administrative authority operating under the auspices of the French central bank, Banque de France. It was created in January 2010 by the merger of the four previous banking and insurance licensing and supervisory authorities, the Commission bancaire, the ACAM, the CECEI and the CEA.

In addition, the Ministry of Economics and Finance establishes general rules governing the operation of credit institutions and investment firms, including management standards, prudential ratios and the setting of capital requirements.

The French financial community also has one major public independent authority, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).


Paris Rule Books

A single Euronext Rule Book governs trading on all Euronext Securities and Derivatives Markets. It contains both harmonised and non-harmonised, or local, rules.

The harmonised rules are as follows:

Rule Book I contains the Harmonised Rules, including rules of conduct and of enforcement, designed to protect the markets, as well as rules on listing, trading and membership;

The non-harmonised rules are as follows :

  • Rule Book II and Notices applicable to Euronext Paris the regulated market operated by Euronext Paris S.A.
