Securities Porto

Securities Porto is the leading entity in Portugal in post-trade services, offering integrated and flexible solutions at European level, operating as the Custody and Settlement Central Securities Depository (CSD), belonging to the EURONEXT Group and being compliant with:

The HR team within Euronext is composed by more than 40 talented HR professionals. We are looking for a VIE HR Generalist to join the HR team and supports the Euronext Derivatives & Post-Trade Business Unit.

The Human Resources team offers a complete range of people services including recruitment, induction, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, leadership, performance and talent management.

Reporting into the HRD Function, Business Partner for the Head of Derivatives & Post-Trade and Nord Pool, the VIE HR Generalist will support the expansion of the business.

You will belong and evolve within a dynamic environment, in an international matrix organization. You will be based in Euronext office with the HR Director and HRBP team and will work with teams located in several locations across Europe.

You will work in close collaboration with managers around Europe as well as HR Function (supporting businesses) and local HRBPs (supporting local managers).

Overall, the VIE HR Generalist will be a critical component of the HR team on the following aspects: 1) Active contribution of the recruitment plan expansion, 2) Onboarding processes implementation with Managers, 3) Follow-up on HR reporting, 4) Support on build/structure change management plan to support the transformation and better equip managers with leadership skills 4) Participate in transversal HR projects at Country and Corporate level.

In details, key responsibilities will include:

Position Overview:

The CRM Senior Associate will be part of the CRM and Data intelligence team. This team is responsible for overseeing the CRM activities and its administration as well as the data strategy and operations for Euronext Corporate Services.

Your primary mission is to ensure the effectiveness and optimization of our CRM system HubSpot to support our business operations. You will play a crucial role in defining and conducting the CRM strategy, maintaining data quality, implementing automation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the CRM system to meet the evolving needs of our teams.

These CRM operations and data initiatives cover a wide range of prospect/customer interactions and touchpoints, including website visits, marketing campaigns, sales activities and opportunities, service desk interactions, and customer success/account management activities. Your objective is to enable a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder engagement across the entire customer lifecycle.

Besides taking the ownership of the CRM and supervising the operations you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the business reports and dashboards with the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality Management:

  • Implement strategies to improve data quality through technical solutions, regular audits and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness.

  • Maintain and leverage integrations for data enrichment (ie. website analytics, LinkedIn sales navigator).

Automation and Process Improvement:

  • Be responsible for maintaining automated processes within the CRM system, including lead assignment, data enrichment, and notification processes, to ensure their effectiveness.

  • Create and manage automation processes within the CRM system to streamline business operations.

  • Develop and update the HubSpot business reports and dashboards to provide an effective data visualization for CRM information.

Compliance with GDPR and Data Processing Regulations:

  • Ensure all data processing operations within the CRM system comply with GDPR regulations and company data standards.

  • Manage user consent for data processing and ensure proper documentation of consent.

  • Implement processes for the removal of data upon request and ensure data is handled securely and responsibly.

Stakeholder Support and Administration:

  • Act as a point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure proper access management, including user permissions and security protocols.

  • Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate onboarding and enhance CRM adoption across all teams through the improvement of user usability.

Required Qualifications and Skill:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing and Lead Generation Associate with a strong understanding of the financial sector and sustainability landscape to join our growing team. 

In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft and implement targeted campaigns that resonate with IR and ESG professionals. Your main focus will be on attracting and nurturing qualified leads, creating engaging content, and converting interest into lasting client relationships. You will ensure our marketing efforts align with the specific interests of the IR and ESG community, delivering tailored and impactful messaging.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing plans that align with our objectives and target audience.

  • Support the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including managing email campaigns, social media channels, website updates, and basic SEO activities.

  • Work closely with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of lead generation campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, tracking key metrics and providing insights for optimization.

  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation and marketing, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our strategies.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment and maximise campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage organic and paid referral channels, including software comparison platforms, directories, and partnerships, to expand brand visibility and generate quality leads.

  • Assist in creating customer-centric sales enablement content, including testimonials, case studies, and reviews, to support the sales team.

  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and campaigns.

  • Provide support in organizing and promoting corporate events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sustainability, business, finance or a related field. (Bac + 5)

Minimum of 3 years' experience demonstrating a strong interest in software SaaS products, investor relations, and capital markets. Previous experience in relevant B2B or B2C environments would be highly beneficial.
