Oslo Børs PTD - All Bond file
The Oslo Børs PTD - All Bond file is distributed as a report containing details of all fixed income trades matched or reported by Oslo Børs fixed income member firms on the current date. Trades from both the Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM marketplaces are included in the file.
The file is distributed after every trading day and can be obtained via SFTP pull over the internet. For each trade, the product gives information such as price, volume, currency, settlement date and agreed time.
This product distributes the dates of all future events, such as:

earnings announcements and

general meetings, as reported by issuers whose shares or equity certificates are listed on Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand.
In addition, the Financial Calendar File includes entries for bond issuers and Euronext Growth Oslo issuers who choose to publish their financial calendar to Oslo Børs.
The product is ideal for clients who wish to publish a financial calendar on their website or in their internal systems.
The Oslo Børs Financial Calendar File is a complete file with all forthcoming events. It is updated several times a day to ensure clients swift access to the latest updates.
The Financial Calendar File is in XML format and delivered by SFTP.
Oslo Børs Fundamental Data
Fundamental Data – Bonds
Includes information about fundamentals and events that affects the valuation of bonds listed on Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM.
The product contains the following detailed information:
- Key dates (Issue date, maturity date, interest as from date, first coupon payment, first downpayment date and tap issue period)
- Fundamentals (Coupon rate, coupon frequency, amortisation type, down payment Method, denomination amount, cash flow and risk category)
- Companies (borrower, trustee, paying agent)
The product is file based (xml) and delivered via SFTP (Get). Files are delivered each trading day after market Close.
The Document Feed includes delivery of annual reports, interim reports, and prospectuses for bonds and equities. When the first document of the day is distributed, an index file is created and distributed to the client’s SFTP server. The index file is updated incrementally during the day, and the purpose of the file is to inform the client about new files, as well as amended, replaced and deleted files.
The documents are delivered in pdf, zip or html format immediately after they have been made public. The documents are delivered by means of SFTP (Get).
The definition used for number of shares is as follows:

For Norwegian companies (registered with a ‘NO’ prefixed ISIN code): the number of shares registered in The Register of Business Enterprises*

For foreign companies (registered outside Norway): the total number of shares in the company regardless of which security registry the shares are registered
The number of shares is updated on the basis of public disclosures from the listed companies.
Investors must themselves ensure that notifications of major holdings etc. are given in accordance with applicable legislation.
* The Register of Business Enterprises is responsible for registering all Norwegian and foreign business enterprises in Norway. Norwegian companies are obliged to register changes in their share capital here.
- Exchange: Oslo Børs (XOSL), Euronext Expand Oslo (XOAX) or Euronext Growth Oslo (MERK). For unlisted shares** the field is left empty
- Company: Issuer name
- Multiple share classes: If an issuer has more than one share class this is indicated
- Ticker: Security ticker
- ISIN: International security identification number
- Name: Security name
- Number of shares: Number of shares for the security
- Votes per share: Votes per share for the Security
** Unlisted shares (often B-shares) are only shown for companies that have one or more classes of unlisted shares in addition to the listed shares.
The file is delivered after close of each trading day and represents the opening data for the following trading day. For instance, if a share trades ex stock split the following trading day, the number of shares after the split is used.
Mutual Funds Services
The Oslo Børs Mutual Fund Services offers the possibility for fund managers to distribute NAV and advanced information from their mutual funds to a wide audience via Oslo Børs’ extensive distribution network. Data distributors can several times a day receive updated NAV’s and advanced calculations for most mutual funds offered in the Norwegian market.
