When you register your securities electronically with us, we perform the required Corporate Actions. In the Danish market, they are monitored by the CSD Services team and you will have a single point of contact. We send you reports via SWIFT. For non SWIFT members, we provide alternative solutions.

We handle all types of Corporate Actions for end-investors, such as dividends, capital increases, mergers, tender bids and stock splits. We also undertake payments to end-investors, withhold and report tax payments, and ensure that your investors are informed in due time of the Corporate Actions concerning your securities.
