Guide to VPS’ rules for registration activities
Euronext Securities Oslo has prepared a guide for the purpose of providing an overview of rules set out in Euronext Securities Oslo’s Rules for Registration Activities and Related Ancillary Services that are particularly relevant for holders of an account in the securities register.
Segregation of securities
ES-OSL must offer an account structure that makes it possible to separate securities belonging to one participant from securities belonging to other participants, and segregate securities belonging to the participants’ clients. ES-OSL operates an end-investor account model by which we offer all levels of segregation.
ES-OSL shall publicly disclose the levels of protection and the costs associated with the different levels of segregation that we provide. You can read more about the different levels of segregation below.
