Euronext Securities' depository services comprise a wide range of flexible and fully customisable solutions based on the electronic book-entry of securities. These solutions are supported by expert advisory services, efficient processes and competitive prices.

In the Danish market, we have made single-investor securities accounts the market practice since the early 1980s. The single-investor securities account solution offers a number of advantages in relation to direct servicing of e.g. Corporate Actions and tax reporting. Segregated securities accounts also ensure the issuing institutions direct access to information on investors’ registered holdings. This solution helps the issuing institutions to achieve more correct and targeted communication regarding their investor relations activities, AGMs and ballots.

Custodian banks benefit from our depository services, with Euronext Securities handling all investor-related securities transactions, from book-entry of trades to processing Corporate Actions vis-à-vis end-investors. We provide a free choice of account structure – offering omnibus, segregated and single-investor accounts with no limitation of securities accounts by amount.
