VP processes your personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish act on data protection.

We process personal data in several functions and for different purposes. In some cases, we act as data controller and in others, we act as data processor on behalf of our customers.  We are the data controller for the personal data that we receive in our capacity as a central securities depository, e.g. data on all investors.

GDPR gives you a number of rights to ensure control of your personal data.
