Your Tasks…

will be centered around growing Nord Pool’s presence in Western and Central (WCE) Europe, with a focus on the German-speaking region.

  • As your main task, attract new customers by managing the sales cycle from contacting potential customers to negotiating contracts and getting customers on board, and manage existing key accounts
  • Establish and expand a strong network with energy industry stakeholders, including customers, TSOs/DSOs, regulators and other public bodies
  • Represent and promote Nord Pool in external forums, trade fairs and conferences

We are hiring for a SOC  Trainee to join our security operations team and help handle, track, and review security incidents.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn and build skills in incident handling, threat evaluation, and security control improvements in a fast-paced SOC environment.

Lead the Group’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process, including leading the Group’s stress testing processes from a Finance perspective. Omschrijving

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van new business trajecten en uitbreiden van het productportfolio bij bestaande klanten van iBabs, door de ontwikkeling van strategische accountplannen en het opbouwen van belangrijke relaties met stakeholders bij de klant.

De rol vereist een sterke focus op strategisch accountmanagement, het identificeren en ontwikkelen van upsell- en cross-sellingmogelijkheden en het samenwerken met productspecialistische verkoop-, trainings-, marketing-, advies- en ontwikkelingsteams om transacties af te ronden en de omzetgroei te stimuleren.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bouw aan en onderhoud sterke commerciële relaties met klanten binnen jouw klantenset binnen het Publieke segment. Realiseer de gestelde omzet binnen het vastgestelde budget en tijdslijnen.

  • Stel offertes en contracten op, bespreek en overleg deze aan klanten aan. Zorg ervoor dat alle benodigde randdocumentatie beschikbaar en en up to date is.

  • Blijf op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen het Publieke Segment, neem actief deel aan webinars, en houd je kennis up-to-date, zodat je een vertrouwde adviseur kunt zijn voor onze klanten.

  • Initieer en onderhoud strategisch accountplannen met jouw vaste klantenset, werk samen met de Marketingafdeling om deze strategische klanten effectief te bereiken en behouden. Ontwikkel samen segment specifieke acties en stem Marketing activiteiten af om klanten efficiënt te bedienen.

  • Ondersteuning van Tendermanager en actief meewerken bij aanbestedingen, marktconsultaties en deelname aan demo en productpresentaties

  • Gebruik HubSpot om de organisatie en het beheer van leads, kansen en relatiecontactpunten te stimuleren.

Vereiste ervaring/vaardigheden:

  • Bewezen trackrecord met meer dan 5 jaar in directe klantgerichte verkooprollen gericht op zakelijke/strategische/key accountklanten binnen een softwareomgeving gericht op de publieke sector.

  • Bewezen vermogen om complexe oplossingen met meerdere producten effectief te demonstreren en verkopen, en de waardepropositie van iBabs aan klanten en hun belangrijkste belanghebbenden te verwoorden.

  • Uitstekende communicatie- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden door middel van mondelinge, schriftelijke en interpersoonlijke presentatie.

Flavia joined the Porto Technology Centre in 2016 as a Product Support Analyst before contributing to the development of our Optiq trading platform. She now designs new functionalities that address our clients’ needs while anticipating quality assurance (QA) impacts.
