We hereby inform that, on 22th December, 2023, 3.500.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME Grupo Visabeira - GV CP 3M Mar 2024", under the code G1V2JM (ISIN PTG1V2JM0137). These commercial paper is fungible with 9.700.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 13.200.000,00 EUR).
