We hereby inform that, on 26th January, 2024, 675.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 1.15% - 11 ABR 2042", under the code OTEPOE (ISIN PTOTEPOE0032). These bonds are fungible with 3.808.649.838,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 4.483.649.838,00 EUR).
