We hereby inform that, on 29^th January, 2024, the corporate name of "CIVILRIA, SICAFI ESPECIAL, S.A." was changed to "CIVILRIA IMOBILIÁRIA SIC (CAPITAL FECHADO), S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code CVJ AM (ISIN PTCVJ0AM0008).
