Euronext Securities Oslo executive management

Kristine Bastøe (born 1976) joined Securities Oslo on June 1 2019 as Head of the Product.

Previously she has been at Ernst & Young, where she led an advisory team within financial services. Kristine has worked as a management consultant and project/programme manager within asset management and banking since 2010, focusing on complex transformation projects. During 2001-2010 she was employed by Eksportfinans ASA, where she held the positions as risk analyst, funding analyst and portfolio manager, and also participated in major projects. Kristine holds a MSc in Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She has a CFA degree from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH)/NFF.

Jan Stenmoe (born 1965) holds the position as Chief Technology Officer.

He has previously worked at the Oslo Stock Exchange where he joined as a consultant in 1998 and was hired in 2004. Since 2008 he has been head of the development department at Børsen and has been Service Manager for several trading systems.

Stenmoe studied Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Christian Viken (born 1985) holds the position as Head of Customer Experience and Analytics.

He came from the position as a Group analyst at the Eika group, with expertise and knowledge of various business models and sectors within banking and finance. He has worked with accounting and economics, business and customer orientation at different academic environments, as well as strategic use of data and insight into analytics and sales.
Christian Viken holds a Master’s degree in Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.

Siri Bjørnsen joined Euronext (Oslo Børs & Euronext Securities/VPS) in June 2022.

Siri has worked in HR throughout her career, starting up in the IT industry with Dell, moving to FMCG with PepsiCo and latest insurance industry at Codan, a part of RSA Insurance Group. She has strategic and operational experience and solid business acumen. She is known as a solution-oriented team player with a passion for people, cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
Siri has a Bachelor in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School/NMH.

Geir Heggem (born 1968) joined the Oslo Børs VPS group in 1997.

Since 2001, he has held the position as Group Chief Financial Officer. Heggem holds a Master’s degree in Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management. and he is a State Authorised Public Accountant.

Henrik joins the management group in Euronext Securities Oslo in 2022.

Before joining Euronext Securities, Henrik held a position as Nordic Sales and Market Director at e-Boks A/S. He holds a MSc in Business, Language and Culture from Odense University.
