Join us as an HR Project Officer in Our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our Talent Team within the International Graduate Programme (V.I.E).

Starting in July for a 12-month period based in Porto, you'll report directly to the Head of Talent.

You will be primarily responsible for:

1) Talent Development to train employees on strategic and transversal topics across businesses / locations :

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to engineer our learning offerings and develop programmes on various topics such as financial knowledge, ESG, leadership, management and more , in various formats including seminars, webinars, and lunch & learn sessions.

  • Manage the communication and promotion of our training catalogue, ensuring employees are well-informed about available programs. Handle logistical aspects: sending invitations, maintaining waiting lists, tracking attendance, and reporting on training outcomes.

  • Manage our online platform (Learning Management System), ensuring the content is up-to-date and relevant. Perform the assignation of mandatory trainings and manage associated reporting.

  • Monitor & consolidate training KPIs across Euronext Group, ensure the accuracy of our data and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

2) Talent Acquisition for Euronext's International Graduate Programme (VIE):

  • Drive the recruitment processes for our International Graduate Programme (VIE) in collaboration with Hiring Managers across various functions and locations: clarifying hiring needs, screening CVs, conducting job interviews, managing the hiring process.

  • Oversee the onboarding of VIEs. Provide ongoing support throughout their fixed-term contract, conduct regular check-ins to support their development, address any concerns, and facilitate their career growth.

  • Manage the offboarding process for VIEs, including conducting exit interviews and liaising with other HR departments to support continuous opportunities within the Euronext Group.

3) Project management:

  • Manage various projects related to HR development aimed at enhancing Employee Engagement, leading HR Transformation, enhancing HR team's capabilities and supporting Euronext's strategic plan, "Innovate for Growth 2027".

Your profile

  • Eligible to the VIE programme as per the criteria set by Business France

  • 1 to 4 years work experience in HR or consulting with exposure to at least one of the following: training, employee development, recruitment, HR project management, employee engagement, HR transformation, change management

Role Summary

The Project Manager will (i) coordinate and ensure delivery of projects in the Derivatives & Post-Trade department of Euronext, and (ii) support the formalisation of the project roadmap.

Projects at Euronext are varied, such as a new product launch or expansion, technical migration, integration, regulatory change, or business protection. They require collaborating closely with multiple teams across the company. The projects cover the full project lifecycle, from the moment requirements are drafted to the launch of the service in production. Projects are also delivered across the value chain, from trading to clearing to settlement, and need to be tracked as such.

Working on the project roadmap consists in ensuring that projects are properly prioritised and delivered in the group project governance, preparing relevant committees including prioritisation proposals, and providing visibility on project milestones.

This is a highly visible role, at the crossroads of many departments, requiring strong interpersonal and organisational skills. The Project Manager will build bridges, manage risks, structure solid governance and ensure smooth implementation.

Key accountabilities

Project management

  • Manage the project in line with Euronext’s Project Management policy;
  • Work with the Product Owner on the project description: collect rationale, business case, impacted clients, impacted systems, roadmap, mapping of other key internal & external stakeholders;
  • Ensure the Product Owner has drafted requirements and shared with internal stakeholders in due time; check they are complete and follow-up on missing items;
  • Track IT delivery, with or without an IT PM, depending on the size and complexity of the project: specifications, sizing, timeline, development, test, dress rehearsals, implementation;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to build a client tracker, and identify the client journey and sales milestones to secure the project;
  • Set up and manage project governance: project & steering committee, project Gates as per the PM policy, escalation calls, dedicated workstream meetings, etc. The PM will be expected to prepare material, present when relevant, organise speakers, draft minutes and follow up on actions;
  • Build a RACI matrix for the project, clearly stating the various parties’ roles and responsibilities, and obtaining their sign off;
  • Manage key project deliverables: risk log, action log, timeline, KPIs, reporting, decision log,  change request governance, etc.
  • Track project spend via RUNN and review financial reporting;
  • Oversee, coordinate and sometimes draft internal and external communications;
  • Identify, manage, escalate, track issues and risks diligently;
  • Ensure all internal readiness actions are properly identified and tracked;
  • Secure regulatory non-objection in collaboration with Regulatory, Product and Risk teams.

Project roadmap contribution

  • Track the list of initiatives and projects at trading level,
  • Prepare the Design Authority meeting with the heads of business lines, collecting a description of new initiatives for approval by the Global Head of Derivatives and Post-Trade,
  • Prepare the input for the Markets Service Board, whose role is to manage the project roadmap at Group trading level: provide input on the prioritisation for the Derivatives, Warrants, Securitised Derivatives & Indices business units, prepare materials if required,
  • Ensure business, IT and operational teams follow the project management policy, share information through the right channels,
  • Liaise with the clearing & CSD teams managing their project roadmap,
  • Work on overall project transformation across the Derivatives & Post-Trade business unit, such as training, change management, or selected areas of improvement.

Profile

  • At least 3 years’ project management experience, delivering projects from start to finish;
  • Ability to draft presentations, memos, manage excel sheets (eg. trackers), draft minutes, action plans, manage risk logs;
  • Proactive, rigorous and driven: will pick up on a topic, make sure risks are addressed and issues are solved, review a deliverable thoroughly before validation and will check consistency across instances;
  • PMP certification is a plus, knowledge of agile methodology is a plus;
  • Ability to deep dive into a topic, even when not an expert, and understand key principles, impact, risks & issues, decisions to be made, and to summarize it for senior management;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, working with teams from various locations and departments, and interacting with varying levels of seniority across the organization;

An Equity Continental sales analyst Intern evaluates clients’ data and market trends to provide actionable insights that support the sales team and improve overall sales performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and cross-locations at Euronext. The ideal candidate will be proficient in tools like Excel, CRM platforms, Python, Power BI and other business intelligence software to generate sales activity monitoring, insights, and data visualizations. By addressing complex data and market trends, sales analysts Intern play a vital role in aligning business goals with actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extracting and Analyzing data. Extracting the data from Databases via Python, Reviewing and interpreting complex trading data sets to identify client behavioral trends, opportunities, and patterns that inform decision-making processes.
  • Creating sales reports. Designing detailed sales reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics.
  • Monitoring pricing and project strategies. Assess profitability and monitoring activities on new projects, providing insights to optimize revenue generation.
  • Supporting the sales team. Collaborates with the sales team to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively.
  • Evaluating market trends. Conducts in-depth market research and analysis to ensure sales strategies align with evolving customer needs and market conditions. Deliver data-driven actionable insights to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Optimizing CRM systems. Leverage CRM tools and AI functionality to improve customer relationship management and reporting and ensure seamless tracking of sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education. Bac+4/5 in data analysis or mathematics from university and engineer schools, or a related field.
  • Technical skills. Proficiency in Python, SQL,  Excel, CRM platforms, Big Data, and data visualization and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Analytical skills. Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data, especially in large datasets.
  • Communication skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders. Some backgrounds on sales is a plus.
  • Problem-solving. Adept at identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.
  • Time management. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications. Certifications in data analysis is a plus.
  • Collaboration. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
