Cancellation of the registry of MTLDOM

We hereby inform that, on 4^th February, 2019, the issue of bonds "Metro Lisboa/2009 - EUR 400 milhões - 5.75% - Guaranteed Notes due 2019", registered in the Securities Central under the code MTLDOM (ISIN PTMTLDOM0005), shall be cancelled, due to its total redemption take place on that date.
