Merger of PAP AM in BOU AM

Subsequent to the merger operation between PortucelSoporcel Papel, S.G.P.S., S.A. and About The Future - Empresa Produtora de Papel, S.A., by incorporation of the former in the latter, on 28^th January, 2019 the share capital of About The Future - Empresa Produtora de Papel, S.A. was increased, by issue of 352.928.575 new ordinary shares, registered under code BOU AM (ISIN PTBOU0AM0002). On the same date, the registry of shares PAP AM (ISIN PTPAP0AM0001) of PortucelSoporcel Papel, S.G.P.S., S.A. was cancelled.
