Merger of POP AM in PLL AM

Subsequent to the merger operation between Portucel Papel Setúbal, S.A. and PortucelSoporcel TISSUE, S.A., by incorporation of the former in the latter, on 28^th January, 2019 the share capital of PortucelSoporcel TISSUE, S.A. was increased, by issue of 19.877.500 new ordinary shares, registered under code PLL AM (ISIN PTPLL0AM0007). On the same date, the registry of shares POP AM (ISIN PTPOP0AM0002) of Portucel Papel Setúbal, S.A. was cancelled.
