Cancellation of the registry of CPEHOM

We hereby inform that, on 18^th February, 2019, the issue of bonds "REFER/2009 - EUR 500 M. 5.875% Notes due February 2019 - Guaranteed", registered in the Securities Central under the code CPEHOM (ISIN PTCPEHOM0006), shall be cancelled, due to its total redemption take place on that date.
