We hereby inform that, on 12th April, 2019, 400.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa were registered regarding the loan "OT - 15 Jun 2029", under the code OTEXOE (ISIN PTOTEXOE0024). These bonds are fungible with 5.767.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.167.000.000,00 EUR).
