We hereby inform that, on 11th July, 2019, 373.177.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa were registered regarding the loan "OT - 15 Jun 2029", under the code OTEXOE (ISIN PTOTEXOE0024). These bonds are fungible with 7.674.034.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.047.211.000,00 EUR).
