We hereby inform that, on 13th March, 2020, 283.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 2,875% - 15 Outubro 2025", under the code OTEKOE (ISIN PTOTEKOE0011). These bonds are fungible with 13.011.262.527,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 13.294.262.527,00 EUR).
