We hereby inform that, on 18th March, 2020, 65.300.000,00 EUR of bonds of company ARES LUSITANI - STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ARES LUSITANI/2019 - Project Nata - Senior Secured Notes due 2025", under the code LSNDOM (ISIN PTLSNDOM0005). These bonds are fungible with 241.800.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 307.100.000,00 EUR).
