We hereby inform that, on 31th March, 2020, 59.300.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company HEFESTO STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HEFESTO/2017 - ARROW I Class A - ASSET - BACKED SECURITISATION Notes due 2027", under the code HEFQOM (ISIN PTHEFQOM0002). These bonds are fungible with 54.700.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 114.000.000,00 EUR).
