We hereby inform that, on 20th April, 2020, 222.404,00 EUR of bonds of company M7 PORAF Portugal 1, Unipessoal, LDA were registered regarding the loan "M7 PORAF Portugal 1/2019 - Class B Notes due 2024", under the code MR1BOM (ISIN PTMR1BOM0005). These bonds are fungible with 4.768.138,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 4.990.542,00 EUR).
