We hereby inform that, on 24^th April, 2020, 429.681.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 3,875% - 15 Feb. 2030", under the code OTEROE (ISIN PTOTEROE0014). These bonds are fungible with 5.814.733.491,05 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.244.414.491,05 EUR).
