We hereby inform that, on 15th May, 2020, 318.747.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,475% - 18 Out 2030", under the code OTELOE (ISIN PTOTELOE0028). These bonds are fungible with 5.057.982.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.376.729.000,00 EUR).
